Tiny House

With this project I explored floor plans, elevations and 3D modeling concerning building dimensions and layout using Adobe Illustrator. I designed a tiny house floor plan, added minimalist furniture elements and recreated the parts in 3D using Rhino. The house has two floors with a spiral staircase leading to the loft and balcony above the ground floor. My inspiration for this model comes from the popularization and growing traction of living 'tiny' and minimalist in recent decades. These types of designs encourage a more sustainable and ecofriendly lifestyle and redefines traditional single family housing, keeping in mind the growing concern with overpopulation and our use of urban and suburban space.
