Montgomery St & Market St: Existing and Proposed Section Cuts

For this project I explored concepts of Digital Street Map arrangement of a given segment and a Section Cut (Figure 1) of the same segment, along with a proposal to better the urban environment (Figure 2). The site I used for the street map (using Illustrator) and existing section cut (using Illustrator) is an intersection of Montgomery St and Market St in San Francisco. For the proposed section cut I added bike lanes and protection for the aforementioned lanes.
